Commercial Development Manager
After years of working in the secondment of construction and engineering, as well as several sales management positions, Paulo has been employed by Head Staffing since 2012.
In his position as commercial development manager he is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and client leads and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers and other business partners.
‘’The nice thing about my work is that every day is different. I love dealing with different cultures in the different factories and to facilitate areas of development for our employees by identifying growth opportunities within the organizations of our clients.”
