Before that I worked at ASZ for 18 years, I first worked as a doctor’s assistant and then as a surgical assistant. Since January 2020, Sahar has been working at Head Staffing as a Disciplinary Employee, where she has daily contact with the flex workers about all protocols.
‘’By explaining the processes and protocols of Head Staffing, I hope to make the career of our flex workers smooth as possible. This creates a pleasant collaboration between Head and their employees.”
She is also the confidential counselor for flex workers and is ready to resolve any conflicts.
